Surgical Suction Unit with Built-In Battery
The NEW ASKIR 230/12V BR is a portable electric suction unit with built-in battery for oral, nasal, and tracheal aspiration of body liquids in adults or children. This unit is suitable for emergency applications and for post-operative therapy, both in a professional environment and in a home care setting.
Three Operating Options
The NEW ASKIR 230/12V BR allows for three different operating options making it a versatile suction unit approved for NON-STOP operation without overheating. The three operating options are as follows.
1. It can be plugged directly into an electrical socket by using the AC/DC adapter that the unit is supplied with.
2. Using its powerful rechargeable built-in battery, which is especially helpful in the event of load shedding, power outages, or when traveling.
3. The unit is also supplied with a 12V car adapter so that it can be used while traveling.
Other Features
The Askir 230 with built-in battery has a visual and acoustic alarm indicating the battery level. The unit is also equipped with a vacuum meter (mmHg and kPa) and vacuum regulator. It Complies with EN 60601-1-11 “for use in the home healthcare environment” and carries IP21 degree of protection.
